The theme proposed by Dr. Beatriz Boulanger was "Spirituality and Mental Health."
shared
its proposal to work with patients in psychotherapy from the perspective of Spiritual Psychology, which plans to present in the field of health insurance companies, in order that the practices they develop to become more accessible to members in places where they enjoy of adequate professional and social recognition.
As a group trying to define the field of Spiritual Psychology, which addresses the mental life of people both from different faiths and from diverse spiritual practices not necessarily linked to any particular religion.
The group was eager to participate in an experience "in situ ", an issue that helped to experience a particular practice from an exercise coordinated by Beatriz. It consists of a certain body posture, where the right and left hands were in touch by joining the thumbs and wrists while we were guided by the voice of the coordinator.
